Butter Pecan Cookies

Yes, please. Here are some super-easy crazygood cookies that don’t even use eggs. And the recipe only makes 12 cookies, so you won’t be stuck with 70 enticing cookies laughing at you with all their nasty little calories. The recipe is a bit ridiculous in its sugar sprinkling (they have you sprinkle sugar on the cookies at four different times, which is three times too many). But I will trust you to sprinkle only as much sugar as you deem necessary. Maybe you’re having the kind of day where you need to put sugar on the outside of a cookie four times. At any rate: yum!

Butter. And perhaps a complex web of sugar sprinklings.

I was just looking for some non-chocolate cookies to make yesterday. I will try these.
