There’s something about handmade stuffed animals that I love, the way they each have their own expressions and personalities. Looploft makes these wonderful monsters and owls from old wool sweaters, and they just look so huggable and hilarious. I was looking around on Etsy for Christmas presents for the boys (not the best use of my time, I know) and Eli saw the owl on the left above from like 25 feet away and came flying across the room screaming, “What is THAT? I want THAT!” so they clearly have kid appeal as well.
Next time you see Julie ask her to do her various owl calls. She is very good at it!
